Jan 2nd: back t the gym after a tough Q4 work schedule. Light cardio and a few weights. Happy to start slowly, given i walked 1 miles in work last Wednesday night, picking for 8hrs.
6 mile / 10km MTB ride to the beach, to see an unrecognized exoskeleton that had washed in on the tide. Interesting and enjoyable Saturday afternoon in the sun. Need more bike time, me thinks.
