Had to miss my workout Sunday to work, so tried to make up for it tonight. Hit my legs and back pretty hard. I can really tell the difference in my legs since I added deadlifts to my routine. Probably gonna be pretty sore tomorrow.
Finished with an hour on the elliptical that felt pretty good. Sadly my weight loss has seemed to stall somewhat. My diet hasn't been perfect, but hasn't been that bad either. Hating this plateau and can't break under 270. Gotta get back to hardcore dieting I guess, but it's hard to give up all the little stuff.
