Did a nice little arm workout tonight. My workout partner, KP, didn't even slow me down too much. Not bad. Did a small ab workout and talking about it with KP (who did his first ab workout ever tonight) I realized how far I'd come in that particular area. Sufficed to say it's substantial, which felt pretty good once I realized it.
Finished up with a 50 minute run on the elliptical (roughly a Fringe episode) and that's that. A cool 4.5 hours at the gym on a Monday night... yesh.
